H.R. 3515 — To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude military bonuses from gross income.

This section amends the exclusion from gross income for qualified military benefits under section 134 of the Internal Revenue Code to also exclude bonuses paid to members of the uniformed services under chapter 5 of title 37, U.S. Code (i.e., special and incentive pays such as reenlistment and affiliation bonuses). The change applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.
