H.R. 3526 — Uplifting First-Time Homebuyers Act of 2025

This section increases the lifetime limitation on qualified first-time homebuyer distributions from individual retirement accounts (IRAs) exempt from the 10% additional tax on early withdrawals to $50,000 (from $10,000), for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.
