H.R. 3733 — Make DOGE Permanent Act

This section amends the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to establish, not later than six months after enactment, a separate hyperlink on the federal awards transparency website (i.e., USAspending.gov) that is accessible solely to Members of Congress and provides real-time access to updated information on federal awards, including payments to individual recipients and federal employees notwithstanding prior exclusions for such entities. (As background, the 2006 Act requires USAspending.gov to publicly disclose information on federal spending awards, generally excluding data on individual recipients to protect privacy.) It also makes a conforming amendment to require real-time website updates for Members of Congress using that hyperlink.
