“For the relief of Juana Maria Flores.”
This bill provides for the relief of Juana Maria Flores.
This section grants eligibility for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident (LPR) to Juana Maria Flores, notwithstanding specified grounds of inadmissibility or deportability in Department of Homeland Security or State Department records as of enactment; rescinds any outstanding orders of removal or findings of deportability against her; deems her entry lawful if occurring before the application filing deadline; and requires application with fees within two years of enactment. Upon approval, this section directs a reduction by one in immigrant visas available to natives of her country of birth under INA sections 202(e) or 203(a) and denies any immigration preferences to her natural parents, brothers, or sisters by virtue of that relationship.
