This bill provides for the relief of Ivana Alexandra Sifuentes Arbirio.
This section grants eligibility for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident to Ivana Alexandra Sifuentes Arbirio, notwithstanding numerical limits and family preference requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). It deems her prior entry lawful if filed timely, waives all grounds for removal or denial of admission reflected in Department of Homeland Security or State Department records as of enactment, and directs rescission of any outstanding removal orders or findings against her, provided application is filed with fees within two years of enactment. Upon granting status, it reduces by one the immigrant visas available to natives of her country of birth under INA §203(a) or §202(e), and denies any immigration preference to her natural parents, brothers, or sisters by virtue of the relationship.
