This bill provides for the relief of Luisa Mariana Sifuentes Arbirio.
This section establishes eligibility for Luisa Mariana Sifuentes Arbirio for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident notwithstanding INA restrictions on numerical limits and family-sponsored visas. It deems any pre-enactment U.S. entry lawful for adjustment purposes under INA §245; waives all grounds of inadmissibility or deportability in Department of Homeland Security or State Department records as of enactment and rescinds any related removal order; requires application with fees within two years of enactment; reduces by one the immigrant visas available to natives of her country of birth under INA §203(a) or §202(e); and denies any immigration benefits under the INA to her natural parents, brothers, or sisters by virtue of that relationship.
