H.R. 3917 — To prohibit the participation of males in athletic programs or activities at the military service academies that are designated for women or girls.

This section prohibits the United States Military Academy, United States Naval Academy, and United States Air Force Academy from permitting males to participate in athletic programs or activities designated for women or girls. It permits males to train or practice with such programs provided no female is deprived of a roster spot, participation opportunity, scholarship, admission, or other benefit; defines "sex" as a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth; and defines "athletic programs and activities" to include all programs conditional upon participation with any athletic team.
