H.R. 4010 — Turning Untrusted Tutoring Origins Away from Resources Act of 2025

This section revises the prohibition on Department of Defense contracts with foreign-owned online tutoring services owned or controlled by the government of the People's Republic of China to instead apply to services from a country of concern (previously, only China), defined in new subsection (b) to include (1) China, (2) Russia, (3) Iran, and (4) North Korea.
