H.R. 4043 — Line 5 Act

This section prohibits the President or any designee from violating any provision of the 1977 U.S.-Canada Agreement Concerning Transit Pipelines (TIAS 8720), notwithstanding any other provision of law. (The agreement ensures the free transit of oil and natural gas through pipelines across the U.S.-Canada border without discrimination, interference, or undue delay.)
