This section directs the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Administrator of the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), to conduct not later than one year after enactment a survey of grape production in each state—including total acreage and production, utilization, and acreage by type, variety, county, and year planted—and to make the results publicly available on the NASS website. It further requires NASS, beginning not later than two years after enactment and annually for the three years thereafter, to make publicly available on the NASS website data from the five states with the highest grape production in the preceding year, as determined by the initial survey. The section authorizes $2,500,000 for FY2026 for the survey and $1,500,000 for each of FY2027 through 2030 for the annual data publications.
