H.R. 4232 — No Tax Dollars for Riots

This section prohibits federal funding for any entity exempt from tax under section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code if an officer or board member is convicted of assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer (18 U.S.C. §111) or a riot-related offense (18 U.S.C. §2101) for conduct during their service. The section further terminates such an entity's tax-exempt status as of the conviction date.
