H.R. 4261 — Stopping the Fraudulent Sales of Firearms Act

This section prohibits any person from importing, manufacturing, or selling a firearm or ammunition by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises—including transmitting or causing transmission of any related communication by wire, radio, or television in interstate or foreign commerce—and subjects violators to criminal penalties under 18 U.S.C. §924(a)(1)(B).
