H.R. 4276 — To amend the Native American Tourism and Improving Visitor Experience Act to authorize grants to Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and Native Hawaiian organizations, and for other purposes.

This section establishes Native American tourism grant programs within the Native American Tourism and Improving Visitor Experience Act by inserting a new section 6 (redesignating current section 6 as section 7). The new section authorizes (1) the Director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs to make grants to and enter into agreements with Indian tribes and tribal organizations, (2) the Director of the Office of Native Hawaiian Relations to do the same for Native Hawaiian organizations, and (3) the heads of other federal agencies—including the Secretaries of Commerce, Transportation, Agriculture, Health and Human Services, and Labor—to do the same for Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and Native Hawaiian organizations, all to carry out the Act's purposes as described in section 2 (i.e., promoting Native American heritage, culture, traditions, and tourism). It authorizes $35 million for FY2025 through 2029.
