H.R. 4400 — Farmers First Act of 2025

This section amends the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network—which provides competitive grants to support mental health and stress reduction services for agricultural producers and their families—by (1) adding “, including crisis lines” to the services listed in subsection (b)(1)(A); (2) increasing annual funding to $15 million for each of FY2026 through FY2030 (from $10 million for each of FY2019 through FY2023); and (3) authorizing grant recipients to establish referral relationships with certified community behavioral health clinics, health centers (as defined in section 330(a) of the Public Health Service Act), rural health clinics and Federally qualified health centers (as defined in section 1861(aa) of the Social Security Act), and critical access hospitals (as defined in section 1861(mm) of that Act).
