H.R. 4432 — Lanier Parks Local Access Act

This section expands the permissible uses of user fees retained by non-Federal partners under the challenge cost-sharing program for managing recreation facilities and natural resources at Army Corps of Engineers civil works projects. Specifically, such entities may use up to 100% of collected fees, as determined by the Secretary, at any recreation site or facility located at the civil works project where the fee was collected (previously, only at the recreation site where the fee was collected).
