This section designates the segment of 16th Street Northwest between Fuller Street Northwest and Euclid Street Northwest in Washington, DC, as “Oswaldo Payá Way” and redesignates the address 2630 16th Street Northwest as 2630 Oswaldo Payá Way. The section further directs the District of Columbia to install two signs reading “Oswaldo Payá Way” above existing signs at those intersections, similar in design to signs designating Metro stations.
