H.R. 4631 — St. Louis RECA Readjustment Act

This section adds ZIP codes 63106 and 63107 (St. Louis, MO) to the list of eligible areas under Section 5A(d)(1) of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA)—which provides $50,000 compensation payments to individuals who resided in designated areas affected by Manhattan Project waste—for radiation exposure claims. The amendment takes effect retroactively as if included in Public Law 119–21.
