H.R. 4751 — To amend the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act to reauthorize certain programs, and for other purposes.

This section reauthorizes two programs under the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act—(1) the swimming pool safety grant program, which provides grants to states and Indian tribes that enact and enforce qualifying pool drain safety laws, authorizing $2.5 million for each of FY2025 through 2027 (from FY2023); and (2) the education and awareness program, authorizing $2.5 million for each of FY2025 through 2027 (from FY2023).
