H.R. 4766 — Faithful Patriot Campaign Medal Act

This section directs the Secretary of Defense to design and produce the Faithful Patriot Campaign Medal to honor members of the Armed Forces and veterans who served on the U.S.-Mexico border during Operation Faithful Patriot or subsequent operations there. The section further requires the Secretary to issue the medal upon request to eligible retired and former members, and at the Secretary's discretion to next-of-kin of deceased eligible individuals; and to establish an application process for the medal.
