H.R. 4778 — For the relief of Jeanette Vizguerra-Ramirez.

This section grants eligibility for an immigrant visa or adjustment to lawful permanent resident status to Jeanette Vizguerra-Ramirez notwithstanding INA numerical limits in sections 201(a) and (b), provided she files an application with fees within two years of enactment. It deems her entry lawful if occurring before the filing deadline (thus enabling adjustment under INA §245 as of enactment), reduces by one the immigrant visas available to natives of her country of birth under INA §203(a) or §202(e), and denies any immigration preferences to her natural parents, brothers, or sisters by virtue of such relationship.
