H.R. 4796 — Restoring Essential Healthcare Act

This section repeals Section 71113 of P.L. 119-21, which prohibited Medicaid payments under state plans (or waivers) for items or services furnished by prohibited entities (as defined in subsection (b)(1) of that section). It further requires such payments to be made for services furnished by those entities from the date of enactment of P.L. 119-21 through the date of enactment of this section, as if the prohibition had not been enacted.
