H.R. 4833 — Dyess Air Base Access Infrastructure Design Act

This section directs the Secretary of the Air Force to carry out planning and design activities for two infrastructure projects at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, using amounts available for military construction planning and design: (1) Tye Gate project, not to exceed $17 million total (with planning and design not to exceed 7% of that amount) based on standard Air Force gate designs and considering minimal utility crossings, limited conflicts with built infrastructure, and simplified phasing; and (2) Arnold Gate project, not to exceed $12,065,000 total (with planning and design not to exceed 8% of that amount) accounting for site congestion, multiple utility connections, phased construction, and complex traffic coordination.
