H.R. 4866 — No Foreign Election Partnership Act

This section prohibits any federal election agency—i.e., the Federal Election Commission, Election Assistance Commission, or any other entity responsible for administering federal elections—from entering into agreements with international organizations that involve data sharing or grant such organizations an advisory role. The prohibition takes effect on the date of enactment.
