H.R. 4928 — GRAVE Act

This section expands eligibility for government-furnished headstones or grave markers to members (or former members) of an Armed Force Reserve who are not veterans solely due to not meeting minimum active-duty service requirements. (As background, the VA provides such headstones or markers for graves of veterans and certain other individuals, including reservists with specified service; thus, this change removes the active-duty threshold barrier for these reservists.)
