H.R. 4956 — Commission of Fine Arts District of Columbia Residency Act

This section requires a majority of the members of the Commission of Fine Arts—which reviews and advises on the design of federal buildings, monuments, and public spaces in the national capital region—to be residents of the District of Columbia. The requirement takes effect one year after enactment.
