H.R. 5007 — To direct the Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to report on information about arrests made by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

This section directs the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to submit quarterly reports, beginning not later than 30 days after enactment, on (1) the total number of arrests made, (2) the total number of detainees in the custody of the Secretary of Homeland Security, and (3) the total number of deportations from the United States in the prior quarter; for each metric, the reports must include (A) the percentage of individuals convicted of a state or federal criminal offense and (B) the percentage designated as an ICE Threat Level 1, 2, or 3 offender or not designated. The reports must be published on ICE's website and define (1) an ICE Threat Level 1 offender as an alien convicted of an aggravated felony or two or more crimes punishable by over one year imprisonment, (2) a Level 2 offender as an alien convicted of a crime punishable by over one year imprisonment or three or more crimes punishable by under one year, and (3) a Level 3 offender as an alien convicted of a crime punishable by under one year imprisonment.
