H.R. 5010 — Farm Credit Adjustment Act

This section authorizes the Farm Credit Administration (FCA), effective October 1, 2026, to extend—at its sole discretion—the mandatory examination cycle for low-risk Farm Credit System institutions to 24 months (from 18 months). (The Farm Credit System comprises cooperatively owned institutions that provide loans and related services to eligible farmers, ranchers, and rural borrowers.)
