This section directs the Secretary of Defense to submit to the appropriate congressional committees (i.e., the House and Senate Committees on Armed Services), by March 20, 2026, a report on the threat posed by violent antisemitism as a component of transnational extremist movements. The report must include (1) an overview of relevant transnational violent extremist ideologies, including racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism; (2) a review of related violence and propaganda, including identification of violent acts with explicit antisemitic sentiment and an in-depth assessment of antisemitic components in such propaganda; and (3) an assessment of threats to the U.S. homeland, U.S. citizens abroad, U.S. government personnel (including Armed Forces members), and U.S. interests and global standing.
