H.R. 5029 — Blue Angels Act

This section establishes requirements for a United States Navy flight demonstration squadron at Pensacola, Florida, to support recruiting and awareness efforts, as follows: (1) requires the squadron to conduct at least two flight demonstration events annually at Pensacola and at least 60% of its total annual training flights in Florida; and (2) prohibits the Secretary of the Navy from reducing the number of aircraft or personnel assigned to the squadron below levels as of July 31, 2025. These flight demonstration and training requirements apply to each calendar year beginning on or after the date of enactment.
