H.R. 5067 — Rapid Disaster Relief Act

This section establishes expedited disbursement of reimbursements under Section 403 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (i.e., federal assistance essential to immediate threats to life and property from a major disaster, including debris removal, search and rescue, and temporary facilities), requiring payment to applicants within 120 days of a reimbursement request if the President determines at least 90% of estimated costs are eligible.
