H.R. 5075 — GRACE Act

This section prohibits federal education funds from being awarded to an elementary school, secondary school, local educational agency, or state educational agency that imposes a vaccination requirement—i.e., any mandate for enrollment, attendance, participation in athletics or other student activities, or employment—unless the entity provides an exemption upon an individual's (or parent/guardian's, for a child under age 18) assertion of conflict with a sincerely held religious belief, without requiring supporting documentation.
