H.R. 5092 — District of Columbia Police Home Rule Act

This section repeals the President's authority to assume emergency control of the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department in a civil emergency under section 740 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act and makes a conforming amendment to the Act's table of contents.
