H.R. 5119 — National Security Climate Intelligence Act of 2025

This section directs the Director of National Intelligence, acting through the National Intelligence Council, to produce an Intelligence Community Assessment on the national security and economic security effects of climate change and submit it to the congressional intelligence committees not later than four years after enactment and not less frequently than every six years thereafter. The assessment may be submitted in classified form but must include an unclassified executive summary.
