H.R. 5126 — HIV Prevention Now Act

This section appropriates $2,165,000,000 for FY2026 for programs and activities of the National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention (NCHHSTP) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The funds are in addition to other appropriations for the Department of Health and Human Services (including CDC), must be used exclusively for NCHHSTP, and may not be transferred to any other entity.
