H.R. 5352 — To prohibit Federal funding for entities that employ individuals who condone and celebrate political violence and domestic terrorism, and for other purposes.

This section prohibits the obligation, expenditure, or disbursement of federal funds to any entity that employs individuals who condone and celebrate political violence and domestic terrorism, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2331(5). (Domestic terrorism involves acts dangerous to human life that violate U.S. or state criminal laws, appear intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population or influence government policy or conduct, and occur primarily within U.S. jurisdiction.)
