“For the relief of Blanca Martinez.”
This bill provides for the relief of Blanca Martinez.
This section grants eligibility for an immigrant visa or adjustment to lawful permanent resident status to Blanca Martinez notwithstanding specified grounds of inadmissibility or deportability under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), deems any pre-enactment entry by her to be lawful, waives all such grounds reflected in Department of Homeland Security or State Department records as of enactment, and requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to rescind any outstanding orders of removal or deportation against her. Subsections (d) through (f) condition relief on filing an application with fees within two years of enactment, direct a reduction by one in immigrant visas available to natives of her country of birth under INA sections 202(e) or 203(a), and deny any immigration preferences to her natural parents, brothers, or sisters by virtue of such relationship.
