H.R. 5425 — Servicemember Retention and Education Advancement Act

This section directs the Secretary of Defense to conduct a study on the feasibility and advisability of establishing a uniform policy to provide tuition assistance to all members of the Armed Forces who complete one year of service on active duty. The section further requires the Secretary to submit a report on the study results, including any barriers to implementation, to the congressional defense committees not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act.
