H.R. 5431 — To prohibit the use of Federal funds to pay reparations issued by international bodies or courts for violations of international law.

This section prohibits the use of federal funds to pay reparations (i.e., restitution, compensation, or satisfaction) issued by an international body or court for a violation of international law unless Congress specifically approves such reparations in an Act of Congress enacted on or after the date of enactment of this Act.
