H.R. 5722 — Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act

This section directs the Secretary of State, Secretary of Homeland Security, and Attorney General, as applicable, to (1) deny immigration benefits, visas, immigration relief, or admission to aliens adhering to Sharia law; (2) revoke such benefits or visas for adherents present in the United States, deem them inadmissible or deportable, and remove them; and (3) revoke benefits or visas, deem inadmissible or deportable, and remove aliens who make false statements under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 about their adherence to Sharia law. It makes all such determinations final and non-reviewable by any court.
