H.R. 5866 — To require the Secretary of Agriculture to release a reversionary interest in certain land in the Black River State Forest in Millston, Wisconsin, and for other purposes.

This section conditionally releases the reversionary interest of the United States in approximately 31.83 acres of land (State forest land) in Black River State Forest, Millston, Wisconsin—held pursuant to section 32(c) of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act (7 U.S.C. 1011(c)), which restricts disposal of such land to public purposes—upon the State of Wisconsin's written offer to convey that land to Deli, Inc., in exchange for approximately 37.27 acres of Deli land to be added to the forest. The Secretary of Agriculture must expeditiously provide the State a quitclaim deed conveying the U.S. interest without consideration for recording before the exchange deeds, and may correct legal descriptions in consultation with the State.
