H.R. 5890 — No Tax Exemptions For Terror Act

This section denies 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status (i.e., charitable organization status) to the Council on American-Islamic Relations and any other organization found to have ties to terrorism or terrorist organizations, effective for taxable years ending after the date of enactment. (Thus, such organizations are subject to federal income tax.)
