“For the relief of Ingrid Encalada Latorre.”
This bill provides for the relief of Ingrid Encalada Latorre.
This section grants Ingrid Encalada Latorre eligibility for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident notwithstanding numerical limits and per-country caps under sections 201(a) and (b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). It deems her prior entry lawful if she enters before the application deadline, waives all grounds of inadmissibility, deportability, or removal under INA sections 212(a), 237(a), and 240B (and rescinds any related outstanding orders), and requires her application with fees within two years of enactment. Upon granting status, it reduces by one the immigrant visas available to natives of her country of birth under INA section 203(a) or 202(e) in the current or next fiscal year.
