H.R. 6062 — To transfer administrative jurisdiction over certain parcels of federal land in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and for other purposes.

This section transfers administrative jurisdiction over approximately 25 acres of federal land in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, generally depicted as “Area to be Transferred to CBP” on the specified map, from the Secretary of the Interior to the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection for administration as part of the Advanced Training Center, excluding the land from the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park and requiring a survey to finalize its acreage and description; and transfers approximately 71.51 acres, generally depicted as “Area to be Transferred to NPS” on the map, from the Commissioner to the Secretary for inclusion in the Park. The section further provides that (1) the transfers occur without reimbursement, (2) land transferred to U.S. Customs and Border Protection reverts to the Secretary for the Park if no longer needed by the Advanced Training Center, and (3) the Park's acreage limitation of 3,745 acres does not apply to land transferred under this section (including by reversion).
