H.R. 6076 — Save Our Seas 2.0 Marine Debris Infrastructure Programs Reauthorization Act

This section reauthorizes the EPA post-consumer materials management infrastructure grant program and drinking water infrastructure grants through 2030 (from 2025). The programs provide grants to states, localities, Indian tribes, and public water systems to improve municipal recycling and waste management systems and to reduce or remove plastic waste, microplastics, and microfibers from drinking water sources.
