H.R. 6095 — Gulf Diplomacy Act

This section extends the privileges and immunities of the International Organizations Immunities Act (i.e., immunity from judicial process, tax exemptions) to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) mission. (a) on the same terms, extent, and conditions as other public international organizations in which the United States participates pursuant to treaty or Act of Congress; and (b) as authorized by the President, including diplomatic privileges and immunities enjoyed by accredited diplomatic missions and their members, subject to corresponding conditions and obligations determined by the President.
