H.R. 6113 — To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to impose limitations on contracts with Medicare Advantage organizations offering multiple Medicare Advantage plans under the Medicare program.

This section limits the Secretary's authority to enter into or renew contracts with Medicare Advantage (MA) organizations offering multiple MA plans. For contracts entered into or renewed on or after one year after enactment, (1) the Secretary may not approve more than three MA plans offered by such an organization for a plan year; and (2) the Secretary may not approve more than one MA plan unless each plan is significantly different with respect to premiums, benefits, or cost-sharing structure (as determined by the Secretary).
