H.R. 6144 — Male or Female Only Act

This section prohibits federal agencies, in any forms, surveys, or documents used to collect information, from (1) soliciting or obtaining information on an individual's gender or gender identity; (2) offering options for an individual's sex other than male or female; and (3) accepting responses identifying gender, gender identity, or a sex other than male or female. The section requires agencies to update such forms, surveys, and documents for compliance within 60 days of enactment.
