H.R. 6153 — Communities Before Air Tourism Act

This section modifies criteria under 49 U.S.C. 40128(b)(7)—which limits commercial air tour operations over national parks to protect park resources, safety, and visitor experience—by (1) adding to subparagraph (B) the well-being of communities overflown by aircraft involved in such operations; and (2) expanding subparagraph (C) to require consideration of any community whose lands are or may be affected, in addition to any Indian tribe.
