H.R. 6191 — No Taxpayer Funded Abortion Travel for Illegal Aliens Act

This section prohibits the use of federal funds to assist an illegal alien in accessing covered abortion services. Covered abortion services include any expense related to an abortion, such as travel, lodging, meals, childcare, translation services, doula care, and patient education; illegal alien means an alien (as defined in INA §101(a)(3)) who is inadmissible under INA §212(a)(6)(A) (present without admission), §212(a)(6)(C) (fraud or misrepresentation), or §212(a)(7) (documentation requirements), or deportable under INA §237(a)(1)(B) (entered without inspection) or §237(a)(1)(C) (visa violation or unlawful presence).
