This section establishes penalties under subsection (d)(2) for small business concerns awarded a federal contract in part or whole due to falsely claiming that the goods or services are made or produced in the United States, applying a 5-year period (from 3 years) in subparagraph (D). (Thus, such concerns are subject to those penalties and remedies in addition to any others that apply.)
